AR168D Check SPF RSPF

OK I hate to post this one...
I've tried every trick I know that usualy fix this issue.
The scanner rod was clean first and finally replaced, steps on bulletin REP1192A done, White and Black Shading (Sim 63-01-02), SPF float level (53-08). Replaced the exposure lamp and we still cannot perform 41-06 without error.

I have had to replace the scanner motor a few times for this machine. They get week.

Have you try to raise the adf by putting something under the hinge (on the right side) it's quite a long shot but it works for me ...

Have you tried taking a black sharpie and darkening/widening the lines on the white sheet on the spf?
