MX3501 Add Toner

Machine constantly says replace black toner.

Pull black toner out, machine knows that there is no cart present

Put new cart in, machine says replace black.

Have replaced PCU and harness from PCU to toner cart.

Problem remains ...........................suggestions / thoughts

First check if the toner motor is rotating properly. second check the pipe from toner going to DV unit I've encountered this that the toner stuck up and the machine continuous asking for toner. Try to check also the Developing unit.
