    MX2314 - please wait

I've read the posts on this error posted earlier in this forum but some relate to the 2614 and not the basic 2314. The ram is onboard and not a plug in dimm.

My machine boots up fine, cleans the transfer belt message comes and goes then it calibrates itself all ok and then says please wait and just sits there. No restart or anything works, can't access system settings or service mode. You can ping it and get a reply but can't open machines webpage.

Tried emergency firmware update which all went through fine but problem exactly the same?

Unplug the network cable and see if it goes ready.

Disable Warmup in TC 7-1 to see if it will go ready; also, disable Fusing and DV to see if it will go ready.
Run TC 25-1 (with toners removed) and check for any levels that might be near over toned or under toned.

Thanks for your suggestions but the machine will not allow you into any modes at all to adjust or turn anything on or off. Even starting the machine with the door open it still won't accept p*c* code

It happens on a few sharps. I keep an image of each SD on my laptop for this. Happy you fixed.
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

I have a printer sharp mx2314, it has blocked the sd and I can not start it.
