I have a sharp mx-3140 that we got a call on yesterday, a blue box is on display screen that says please wait is present and cannot be removed was the complaint. The machine was unplugged from the outlet and the network and let stand for 5 mins, then turned back on without the network cable connected to rule out a print job stuck in system... still never does anything but say please wait. The Sim mode can be accessed but a data print wont print out, and the embedded web page could not be accessed after reconnecting network cable. I checked sharps website for any service bulletins relaited to problem with no success. Any help or ideas would be appreciated, thanks
