Slideout keyboards going out

Hello, we have a few machines where the keyboard is not working. I read on a different thread where guys were changing the usb conversion board under the keyboard.My question is where are they getting the usb conversion board from? I don't see parts books for the keyboard to buy individual parts.Or if there is any other fixes out there I would love to know. Thank You

There is a tech bulletin out for this. See MFP-TB-477. The listed models have a keyboard section in the parts guide.
