Was wondering if anybody else was haveing an issue with the DSPF double feeding. We have a customer that scans multiple pages and every now and then it will double feed. I have not gotten it to do this. I have rebuilt the sep assembly ( new roller, shaft, and torque limiter). I tried a different feeder and it did the same thing. I did change the scan DPI to a higher setting hopeing to slow it down. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Is it the customer's documents. Previously stapled paper or something. When we test, we are usually using good paper that hasn't gone through the ringer. -

The originals the customer showed me looked good. I even tried them and the seemed to feed ok for me. I will be going out on Monday and babysitting the machine,for that is when they do most of thier scanningComment
