SharpDesk and Office 2016 problem

Hello everyone
I have a customer that just updated their Office software from 2003 to the new Office2016. Since then, the OCR feature is not working and the scan to email from Sharpdesk also.
Anyone experiencing issues with Office 2016 and Sharpdesk out there.
