Dear colleagues. On the forward panel of the device it is written Sharp MX-M450N, and on a small label, behind the printer block, it is written MX-450. A question: What model to specify at reception of a key of a product for MX-NSX1 ?

Use the MX-M450N to register, with the serial number that matches in TC 22-5.

To receive not a correct code of a product – for me the big risk. It will be then very difficult to correct a situation. Tell, it is necessary to use MX-M450N in production list? And number of the scanner I have serial number of the device. I am am confused with a difference in names on the device and on a small label behind. I understand your concerns, because it is a pain in the a$$ to correct. TC 22-5 will give the correct S/N and TC 22-10 will show the actual model number. The label on the back is generic for that family, because it might end up as a printer, straight copier, or network MFP.
If you get the product code for the MX-M450N and the machine doesn't accept it, you can go back to the site and request a product key for the MX-450. Good luck!
