Scan Document.

Gentlemen i need your advice in our machines. We have MX-4110,5000 and 5140 with the same issue. If we scan a document (Portrait)in any e-mail in JPEG or TIFF file, there is a fine line appearing on the right side of the image from top to bottom. If we print the scanned document the line is much visible approximately 3 to 4 mm on the right edge of the paper (Portrait). I compare the original scanned document to the printed document, the image of the printed image is reduced.Maybe the edge of the scanned document is the line which is appearing in the image. I try to adjust in system settings but no luck. Any suggestion is highly appreciated.

Mr. ZOOTECH the machines are adjusted as you recommend, all are okay now thanks for your advice...
