[Misc] User list deleted automatically

Dear,

I have a strange issue in DX-2500 machine . My customer wants to enable simple user authentication so i have recommended to buy MX-EB17 ( Productivity Kit) . Then i tried to create a user list and enable the user authentication it was working fine. Once i restarted the MFP its completely wipes out the user lists and authentication.

I have tried to create the user list without HDD and updated the firmware but still it persist the same. Please advise the way forward.

You have to enable first, then add users.
