i have encounted in a problem. machine Model nO: MX-M550U. IN A4 COPYING/PRINTING NO PROBLEM FOUND. WHEN COPYING/PRINTING MULTIPLE PAGES IN LEGAL OR A3 SIZE ALLWAYS MACHINE GET PAPER JAM. ALL SENSORS ARE OK. PLEASE GIVE SUGGESTIONS...

Hi the jams from tray 3 check the double feed prevention roller and the torque limiter
good starting place.

I have changed all feed, pickup and separation rollers and torque limitor but problem not rectified.. please suggest

do one copy at the time, get the jam.
and start working from there, simplify it for yourself

any solution?i faced same problem. test sim 6-1 , 12 vpm motor not complete rotate. Rotate for a while then lock up.
Motor, motor drive board, pcu board changed but problem remain same. Next will try DC POWER PACK
