    Device Cloning

Hi all, I have 3 Mx2614's to install into one office all set up the same for user codes and scanning. If I configure one machine fully with all the settings and then export the settings via the webpage, does it copy everything including scan destinations/address book and passwords?

it will but you have to make a device clone (device settings/network data ) & a document filing clone (address book ) from web page. you can also use sim 56 -2 to copy those data.

    Good luck !

Remember if cloning codes across via the webpage you need to enable user control before you put the codes back on.

        Hi everybody.

is it possibile to clone usercode, modify the file with any SW (Excel like) and the reimport to the machine?
Or is there a way to importo usercodes from an excel file?

        Thank you.

Not as far as I am aware. It would be a nice feature to be able to do this but sadly not.
