Copier is showing extra as size in #2 cassette I have tried 2 other cassettes, console control pwb and the rear edge pwb for #2 cassette, and it still displays [extra] for paper size any ideas

If TC 40-12 does not take care of it, you may have a tray sensor problem, or paper stuck behind drawer.
