Sharp Desk

Got Sharp Desk installed but could not get the scan driver to load. Therefore no scanner to select. Neither the Print Driver (Disk 1) or Scan Driver (Disk 2) ran automatically. Been awhile since I installed a Sharp but I thought I remembered there disc to automatically down load...
Copier is a MX 3110N

If Sharpdesk is installed then go to the Network Scanner Tool configuration (Start, Sharpesk folder, Network Scanner configuration) and follow the prompts. The scan driver is part of the network scanner tool. There are 2 Network Scanner programs use the upper one for configuration and the 2nd one for after installation is complete.

Yeah the new 3.3 version of sharp desk will not auto start. Nor the New version of the print drivers. You have to run the set up on both.
Then launch the NST configuration tool for first install.
