Sharp MX-M356n how to change language

Language Spanish is not in the drop down menu of the touchscreen OP Menu, neither appear any reference in the service manual,
do you know how to enable it ?

Also we use Oficio size (81/2x13.4 inches) and the machine only offers 81/2x13 >foolscap< and 81/2x14 (Legal) as options.
is there other way to customize this size?

Size issue is resolved now, but the language issue is still active.

When you are in admin mode, go to System Settings, then go to other settings - if Spanish is not there for language try updating or reflashing firmware.
