Power save issue(machice won't wake up)

Has anyone had issue with sharp copiers not waking up from power save, by either pressing power save key or sending a print job? We've had 3 doing one is a mx-b400p the others are mxm283n, they all work if you reboot with main power switch inside door, have tried firmware, ac/dc power supply to date, sharp hotline too. Thanks in advance.

Set the power save to a minute, this way you'll be able to test if it might be a network problem by disconnecting the Cat 5 cable. You won't be able to test if a print job wakes it up, but you will be able to test the power save button.

I haven't work on this machine perse.

You may like to do a CTN search for the same issue.

I recall some time back a similar fault, with a SHARP bulletin to fix the issue ????

there is a PWB that controls that function...can't remember which one...had to replace it once...
