    Sharp 654n

    Hello,

I have a customer that doesn't want their Sharp 654 to ever go to sleep, but this series of Sharps has confusing (to me at least) Energy save settings (normal mode, eco mode, power management).

What is the simplest way to never let this machine go to sleep?

I don't believe that it is possible because of Energy Star program. aka "tax incentive"

You maybe able to accomplish what you want via destination codes but you run the risk of funking something else up

Hi all you need to do is go into energy save and untick the auto power shut off this will stop it turning off, then set the preheat timer to the max (60 min I think) you can tick the box that stops the screen turning off during preheat also. It will still go into low energy mode if not used in the 60 mins but if no body uses the copier within an hour they shouldn't have a copier of this size and capability lol...
