Sharp mx-5001n developer problem

On MX-5001n have problems. After cca 5000prints, black developer unit is without developer. We change developer unit and added new developer and new drum unit. After 5000 prints the mistake is the same.
When we pull out the drum unit, we notice that developer sticks on drum surface.

We notice that problem, on three machines MX-5001N.

Replace the drum, maint. kit, developer, and the developer bias contact springs and housing. If you search CTN this topic has been talked about a few times.

this is an on going problem I suggest replacing main charger dv and waste toner box
