Hi to All,
I made 100k maintenance on our mx2310 last week, replacing all officially required parts, done all officially required SIM calibrations.
Everything is ok, except one problem: printing halftone blocks (black toner only), they shows unequal coverage at the left, and the right.
Pls. see:IMG_4738_smaller.JPG
It looks like printer is so sluggish at starting of the block printing, causing thinner lines. Then the coverage is ok until the end of the block, when lines gets thicker.
I remember, when the machine initially set-up years ago, the same problem appeared with cyan toner, but this was successfully solved by a real Sharp technician. But how?
It is an irritating problem, becuase if normal text and lines are printed instead of blocks, they are very thin. Readable, but very thin.
Every problem has a positive side: it saves toner, but I would like to solve this big quality issue...
