Sharp MX3501 Paper jamming under transfer belt unit

I am having a Sharp Mx3501 color machine jam paper under the little transfer belt unit, that is attached to the slide out door.
The paper does not even go up into the transfer area. It always goes right into the little area under the belt unit.
Almost as if the paper is sticking to the registration roller just long enough to travel to the right instead of going up as it is supposed to.
I cleaned the registration roller with no change.
As you know the transfer belt unit, attached to the door has springs that help hold it in place as the door closes.
I'm wondering if there is something that is common with this model that maybe breaks that stops the transfer belt unit from rocking back in place when the door is closed?

when the copy rolls back behind the transfer belt assy it is because the fuser is not turning... sometimes, the problem is the one-way bearing in the fuser drive assy

Yes the primary and secondary transfer belts are turning, but the paper doesn't make it to them. It just tucks right under the secondary unit.
(If the unit on the door is the secondary transfer)

If the main transfer gear is good and belt works OK, replace the secondary belt unit, I have had some of these break the case behind the foam roller that sits inside of the sec. belt. The foam roller
is spring loaded with a spring on each end, and the spring breaks out the plastic and is pushing on the rear inside of the belt. This slows it down or stops it when the door is closed.
            Hope this helps. Dan.

Can't remember the jam code, but it does go into an H5-01 error message after a bunch of testing and jamming.
Which makes sense because the paper is not making it to the fuser unit PS2 sensor.

POD1_N is the code related to H5-01. H5-01 only occurs when the paper passes the transfer unit but doesn't exit the fuser.

Is the PPD2 sensor working, also test the transfer belt in simulation six and check the transfer belt gear as suggested in a previous post

1st step will go to check the primary transfer belt
                    main drive gear

Tear on the edge of the 1st transfer belt or 2nd transfer belt gets hardened and does not turn well.

your fuser isn't turning...could be the unit itself or it could be the one-way gear in the fuser drive assy on the back of the machine...
