[Error Code] Sharp MX-3100N displaying error code E7-01

Hello, I have a Sharp MX-3100N that displays error code E7-01. The printer works fine, but every once in a while it displays this error. I checked every connection, updated the firmware, but I can't find anything wrong with the machine.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Sadly the manual just states it is a communication error for the MFP PWB. I've had this error on a brand new machine, had to replace the board once to fix it. No idea, what caused it. Only Sharp...

E7-01 errors are compression decode errors. Typically replacing the HDD is the fix. Give it a shot.

hey guys, I fixed the problem code E7-01, change the hard drive and followed with the same problem. finally change MFPC PWB unit and the problem was corrected.
also the problem of jam is under the registry. The MFPC PWB unit caused these failures.
