Sharp MX-2301N USB problem and firmware request

Hi
I have usb connection problem with this machine and I was advised to update firmware. I am looking for a firmware MAIN 02.02.L2 or later. Can anyone help please?

As far as I know it would have to come from a dealer.

i will try to got it for you. i put in a request for it. i need it for my self also thats one that i dont have. i will get back to you when i get more info.

Update firmware does not help. Can anyone advised what can be wrong with this printer. It is a bit strange because I have got 3 with the same issue.
Other Sharps 2301n work fine.

Problem has been solved. This machine has option to disable/enable USB port. It wasn't firmware issue. It is a bit strange that PC detects printer even when USB port is disabled.
