I've had a customer complain about this issue before. I've double checked all of the power management settings and have updated firmware just to be sure. It doesn't happen often, but the customer says that the machine goes into sleep mode and will not wake up. They tried to print to it and they can hear the fans cycle up, but nothing happens. Usually unplugging has resolved the issue, but today they said that even unplugging wouldn't work. When they tried to turn it back on, they can hear the fans kick on, but no display. Also new today, they said that it has gone into sleep mode in the middle of copy jobs. The 3 or 4 times I've gone by to check, the customer had the copier running, so I haven't been able to see it acting up. Just seeing if any one else has had a similar problem. Thanks!

Does it happen with multiple computers when trying to print? Also do they have User Account Control enabled? -
Re: MX-5140N not waking up
