    sharp mx-m550 jamming

I have a mx-m550 that is jamming at the resist roller. The paper is sticking to the secondary transfer belt and folding. I'm getting a pod1_N jam.
I replaced the secondary transfer belt unit. I replaced the left door with a used left door. I installed a brand new fuser unit. I installed a used drum unit.
still no help. Then I replaced the transfer unit drive motor gear assembly. No help. Then I replaced the driver sub board. The machine started working, I
made 500 copies with no problem including duplexing. All of a sudden, the machine started jamming in the same spot again. I can't get a copy to to go through.

I was wondering if someone could help me? What should I do next? Thanks

    Re: sharp mx-m550 jamming

I have had this issue usually because of two reasons, the first, being cheap damp paper and the second being the ps assembly being worn out. It seems that if you clean the first set of grey rollers in ps unit it works for a while, then back to the paper jamming behind the secondary transfer unit.

I replaced the fuser motor assembly unit and it took care of the jamming. Thanks for your help

change the 4 pcs drum pawl, lubricate both ends of steel shaft that control drum pawls to contact drum surface, dont forget the solenoid too.
