Hi

We have performed this mod on all FN22's that give FSS203_N jam codes. Not one has come back with that error.

Greetings all

We are having this same issue. I have replaced the sensor with the new one. I have updated the firmware. I have tried bending the metal piece. It worked for a while and now has come back. I ordered a new metal plate and installed. This did not work. I have put the bent plate back in the machine with it bent at several different angles. Still not working. At best I can get one booklet to print.

Any advise would be appreciated.

This sensor gets its reading from the black fold roller. Have you tried cleaning this roller with soapy water really well. The roller will get a grey haze, and can cause the sensor not to read well all the time. Hope this helps

Thanks for the reply. I have cleaned the roller with a cleaner we call Bio-T. I will try cleaning it with soapy water.
