Sharp MX-M453 do not recognize USB memory stick

Hi, I have Sharp MX-M 453N and the machine do not recognize my USB memory stick (i've tried 10 different stick's). Do someone now how to help me?

If you are using the USB port on the front of the machine be sure dip switch 2 on the MFP PWB is set to off.
This sets whether the front or the back USB port is active.
The USB must be formatted with fat32 to be recognized.

You can also disable from the web interface
