[Error Code] F1-45 on a MX-FN25

I have a MX-FN25 with a broken gear on the saddle stapler motor F1-45 is the error that shows up with a mystery jam that I have yet to locate.
I have to attempt to replace it but the manual doesn't show you how and it dose not look easy . Has anyone replaced one before ?

Look on page 23 in Finisher FN-24, FN-25. Shows how to remove stapler unit for binding. Not sure if this will help you.
