Hello, we just delivered this machine to the customer and it came up with this code. The machine is not new but it has had all maint done, it has a new toner cartridge in it. I reset the code and it came right back. I removed the toner cartridge and removed the toner hopper. I could not see anything wrong. When I put it back together it all was fine. Maybe something got bounced during shipping. I was wondering if this is a common code and if there is anything I should look for if this comes back? Just looking for opinions. Thanks for any suggestions.

Re: MX-M753 with F2-68 error code
Sorry for the late reply. I should have mentioned I have the service manual so I know what the code means. The machine ran many many test copies in the shop but after delivery this code popped up. Toner waste is empty. I think the problem was from machine bouncing in the trailer for 90 miles on the delivery. After reseating the toner hopper and the waste sensor connector the problem is gone. I was mainly seeing is this code is common or tips if this code comes back.Comment
