    Help!! Admin Password MXM202D

I need help, I have a call in to Sharp but I am waiting for the reply so ill give you guys a shot at it. I have an MXM202D and an IT person (I Have used more colourful language to describe him) has changed the log in details and then decided to part company. is there any way of reseting the log in details on this machine? I know on the bigger machines a HDD format clears the problem but these do not have a HDD. Any info will be appreciated.
    Thanks.

Reset the NIC and that will reset the web interface password. Check your sim 22 (I forget which number 7 I think) for the numerical admin password.

    Good luck.

Thanks Bill already tried that with no joy, yes managed to reset the numerical '00000' password but no joy with the web interface password.
I gave up and spoke to Sharp UK and to be honest they didn't have a clue how to reset it either. They are contacting Japan regarding the problem and coming back to me when they have an answer lol...

I don't know if this model has sim 67-17. You might try that also.

if this has nb10(network print box) on back of copier, then there is a black button above usb port, turn off copier, press black button , turn on copier holding black button about 15 seconds after machine has booted you can release button and password should be reset.

Problem solved, the file does not exist, you can create a program such as Notepad, the file is no data "0 kilobytes," only to be appointed, as mentioned means. FlashEepClear.act. The file must be stored on a USB flash drive when you start the download mode copier NIC is set to its factory settings.
