Sharp MX 2615N MX 3115N Screw Lock Question

I had to remove the main drive section on a MX 2615N to correct a discharge LED problem. The tech manual specifies putting screw lock on the mounting screws and bearing collars. Not having any screw lock at the time I did not put any on the mounting screws or bearing collars. Has anyone experienced problems from neglecting to put screw lock on these items.

I'm wondering if I should go back to the machine with screw lock or if it will be ok until the next service.

It should be OK until next service if the screws were torqued correctly.
