Those fusing units are easy to rebuild. Why not rebuild it for stock.

Sharp doesn't have any buyback program for fusers that I know of. If they do, I have wasted a lot of money in the last few weeks.

Unless you get 10,000 of them for $10.00 ea and send them to China or Vietnam for rebuild it just doesn't make any sense. We get them through the Sharp QPA parts program and the difference between the rebuild kit and a new fuser is negligible, exactly $53.00. Then what do you have-a used unit with new rollers. It is not the same for all fusers say like the MX-7000 color machine but they still take a long time to rebuild. See above for what you get when you're done. Just my 2 cents.
