Pcounters and MXM365N issues.

Anyone out there using PCounter software with Sharp MXM365N imagers? If so are you using a external card reader? Any problems? We have installed four in recent weeks all have issues with reading cards. Take same reader and put on a MXM363 with same software no problems. Any ideas?

Found issue to be under User Control, Card Type/Card Reader Settings. The check box Use IC Card for Authentication needs to be checked.
