[Jamming] MX-M364 and MX-M365

Hi All
Has anyone experienced jamming in the fuser on the MX-M364,365N machines.I have had several and now I have a cracked frame.
Comments and discussion welcomed.

Solution Summary:	Due to the possibility of damage, a Fusing Drive Reinforce Plate has been added to the Fusing Drive Shaft Mounting Boss located on the rear side of Frame Fusing on the Frame Fusing Section.
