    Good response Dewald. First time I am seeing this as a cause for F2-40 on MX-M354n . Have seen main charger, developer unit,low developer or overtoned developer, right side door.transfer corona + hvu. Thank you Frank

        Could be the toner clutch that stays on & keep taking toner when not needed.

        If you want to make a test, I think you can exchange the clutch with one from the paper feed drive unit.
