I battled with a 2310 today which was jamming A5 card exiting the machine. The card is slightly glossy and is 170gsm which is in spec.
A5r on manual feed tray
Set to heavy paper 1 (tried 2 with same result)
Feeds all new
Transport and registration rollers all clean
Machine picks the card up and feeds it through but jams as its exiting the fuser/exit onto the internal exit tray.
Jam sensors point to paper being late to exit sensor but I cannot see why.
Put A5 or A4 paper on the manual tray and it all feeds fine with no problems.
Can I adjust the buckle timing from the manual tray?
