We have a Sharp MX-M350N engine that we installed on an OCE AR-D28 large capacity pedestal. Tray 2 will always indicate EXTRA paper size, even with legal (8.5 x 14). The mechanical operation of Tray 2 works fine however it does restrict Tray 2 from duplexing as well? We believed you could mix an OCE AR-D28 pedestal unit with a Sharp engine no problem. ALL setup items related to paper tray controls have been gone through. Any ideas why Tray 2 always indicates EXTRA and restricts duplexing? Thanks in advance!
