    MX-M363 Odd jamming problem

    Hey Guys,
The machine is jamming intermittently with 11x8.5 only. I can run legal, or 8.5x11, all day long without a jam. It's jamming right after it gets through the fuser rollers. (POD1-N) I have cleaned all of the feed rollers, tried feeding from other trays, checked the sensor and flag movement, cleaned and adjusted the entrance guide, and looked for burrs.

    Ideas? Thanks!

There is a tech bulliten for bad sensors on these models. Also How many pages on the machine? It could be P/F drive unit.

Cassettes are set correctly. I'll have to look for the sensor TSB.

Run the machine in aging mode to possibly eliminate sensor problems. For bad sensors check this bulletin. MFP-TB-1025

Does the machine have a inner-finisher? Paper can hit the exit in those finishers causing a POD_1N jam.

I had a machine that didn't properly switch the original from 8.5-11 to 11-8.5 from the glass, although it was very intermittent.

              Fixed it!

Turned out to be the LCC. It wasn't adjusted correctly. (It was level with the copier, but the entrance guide was not lining up with the copier.) Once I lifted the right side of the large tray, it started working fine.

Thanks again for the input, Guys.
