MX-M354N still throwing developer after changing these parts

Initially had F2-40 code on MX-M354N which had developer all over the place. New developer unit, fresh developer and successful 25-02 sim. New process unit with new drum so there is new main charger. New feed kits for 2 trays as still had jamming. Still throwing developer. Any help is appreciated. Frank/ActionPhotocopy

MFP-TB-843 deals with developer leakage from rear of dev unit...but, you say you installed a new dev unit... might it be a dev bias issue?...or the drum being over charged?...misfeeds from both cassettes?...need more info to guess about that...is the machine level?...maybe try a factory reset?...

Thank you. Dv unit is new, main charger is new as in new process unit. Changed both sets feed tires though I use new pickup used on ARM237 which is NROLR0054QSZZ. Only difference appeared to be color of hub and gear which is white instead of black. The developer is getting onto right side where bypass and registration sensor etc are. It must be some kind of arcing or voltage is high. Guess I could try factory if that won't cause any problems. Frank

You might want to check your grounding springs on the rear side of the TC unit. Had an ARM237 pulling DV and one of those springs had gotten knocked out of position.
