    MX 4100 c1-14 error

    Hi Guys

    I have an mx4100 with a c1-14 error

    Have tried replacing colour pcu's from another machine along with MC/DV PWB and PCU PWB

    has anybody else encountered this issue please

      Have you tried replacing the CMY drum units?

          Yes have tried all colour drums, I am going back to customers today with anything related to high voltage

          will post what happens

              Fixed it
              Replaced Hv connecting cables which daisy chain from Hv board to the colour chargers so either cable faulty or bad connection.
