Hello,

Konica Minolta dealer here who received Sharp MX-M623N's and MX-M450N's as trade-ins. Looks like these machines do have some resale value, but we want to make sure all of our customer's info is removed first. Would someone please share how to wipe the info on these two models? Thanks in advance.

You will have to go into simulation 62-1 to format the hdd

most models sims62-01 62-10 62-11 67-17 66-02 55-01 55-02 55-03 24-01 on the web page clear address book and delete user list as per sharp.

Do they have a DSK? You can find out through sim 22-6.
