[Error Code] Sharp MX2610 U2-60 error

Keep getting this code come up at a customers site when they switch on in the mornings, they click on ok and the machine works fine.

I've updated the firmware and I think installed the latest watermark update. I say I think I have as the machine found the folder on the usb stick and I pressed execute but it didn't seem to do anything and never came up with update ok like the firmware does.

Help please??

hi reformat the hard drive.
reinstall the water mark.
then wats happening after that?
