We have a Sharp MX-M450 with an LCC Desk unit and the right tray is not lifting. We replaced the associated lift motor and STILL get a U6-03. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

If no snapped cables or anything dumb like that, I've had bad lift motors blow the pcb on the LCC. -

Remove motor from the frame and try running it with a simulation.
This will tell you if it is receiving the signal to drive and there is a mechanical problem.
If it does not drive then you may want to replace the PWB.Comment
