[Electrical] MX-M450N Codes with U6-03 After Motor Replacement

We have a Sharp MX-M450 with an LCC Desk unit and the right tray is not lifting. We replaced the associated lift motor and STILL get a U6-03. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

If no snapped cables or anything dumb like that, I've had bad lift motors blow the pcb on the LCC.

Remove motor from the frame and try running it with a simulation.

This will tell you if it is receiving the signal to drive and there is a mechanical problem.

If it does not drive then you may want to replace the PWB.
