[Error Code] L4-08 where is the TLS sensor?

I have a MX-M623n with L4-08 trouble code comes up fast after resetting. I have replaced the process unit,drum ,blade and toner.The description indicates a toner lock sensor but I can't seem to find it .
Anyone seen this?

L4-08 Waste Toner Transport Trouble. check the waste toner container. If it is caked up with toner at the entrance it may be blocking the waste toner from the drums. There is an auger in the tube to make sure it makes it way down. Easiest way to explain this issues is to follow the tube from the waste toner to the drum and knock it a few times to loosen some of the toner in there.
