Thanks igi. I was unable to get into simulations yesterday. Tried even with door open. I got into mode and the selections came up but was not accepting entries when I pressed start so I could not get in subdued as it did not accept primary code. Any ideas on getting in as I am drawing a blank? Frank

Sounds like a problem coming from the MFP PWB. Try reseating the memory.

Able to execute 66-10 to clear image send data Thanks IGI. Ok except still dropping developer after new dv unit , new drum and process unit, new toner
with new main cvharger fresh developer with successful td execution. Cleaned out transfer asm. MDangerP said to try new right side door which I have not done as customer now leaning to
another machine and reluctant to go further with service and parts. Thanks to all. Frank
