    MX-5001n Locks leaving sims.

    Just as title says. MX-5001n locks up when restarting from sims. Starts the rotating stars and then locks up. Powering down and then up and it comes ready. Tested HDD and have latest firmware. Machine acts fine outside of this issue.

      Have you tried regressing the firmware one generation? Also, what USB driver board is in the Op Panel? Sharp had several models that had a problem with that driver board locking up the panel due to harmonious frequencies.

          The USB conv was changed to prevent locking of keyboard so not sure will have any effect but can try it as we do have a new one here.
