I have problem with AR-M550N
on copoier web page i have Error 965 it says (Machine busy try again)
can any one help to solve this problem?

Does this happen every time you submit data or just occasionally?

You will get an error code if the copier is not in COPY mode when submitting data. Don't remember the code for that though.

Skookum is correct. Especially if you are trying to update desination adresses. You must not be in Image Send on the copier. There are a bunch of different codes but they all amount to pretty much the same thing.
