[Error Code] MX 3501with more involved F2-64 any help appreciated

When first at site, cleared F2-64 to see how machine acted. Toner motor chattering. & Found toner compacted at exit hole and not coming out even after digging some out.

New person at their desk said well maybe they didn't shake toner.

Replaced, & shook new OEM toner... Thats all we put in them), checked toner pipe to DV, (after issue ongoing) replaced DV unit with a know good one.Replaced toner motor.

When let it run, no chattering but would hear a click every ~ 3 seconds then after awhile would come back to F2-64
Tried clearing error and allowing to try to get back to ready about 6 times.
    TO allow more toner supplied.
    Checked levels with 25-1
    Mid levels upon execute
K 157 C 126 M 115 Y 122. So toner level low, yet re-checked motor, toner supply pipe, changed DV with good developer. SO N OT CERTAIN why toner level for DV unit is showing not enough toner.

ONE ODD POINT Noticed with 25-2 at top of screen it said check drum. Drums fairly new, no scores into coating, drum rotates easily- no binding so not certain what check drum means????
Ran 44-27 to clear half tone data.

So in summary. Now no chattering after toner motor replaced., all passage ways clear, replaced DV unit with a working one (in case that one too full of wrong toner mix)
Noticed K DV/Toner reading high (low toner) but seemingly not even close enough to high readings to throw it off to at least not come to ready.

All ideas, feedback are greatly appreciated!!!

Check drum normally means the life count has been reached. Reset relevant drum counts in 24-7 after checking drum life in 22.
The little belt on the rear of the dev units can jump and cause overtoning as the paddle rollers don't rotate fast enough, certainly worth taking the dev unit apart to check the gearing and that belt.

Another thing to ponder. We have had several 2300 2700 3501 and 4501 machines develop the f2-6X error. Upon investigation we started to see that the toner motor would run backwards every other time it was turned on. Replacing the PCU pwb resolved issue.

Thanks Dave! Among issues with the toner then DV as mentioned the final part ended up being PCU.
Great assist - you get a gold start today :-) Thank you
