MX-M264N copy and scan white pages Intermittently

I have a M264 with no HDD that is killing us.

Intermittently it will stop scanning and coping the full page, it will still print full pages, but copy and scan will either give half the page or a full white page. Power reset clears the error condition and it goes back to normal operation.

At this point we replaced the

    Scan Control Board
    MFP Board
    Lens Unit with CCD Board
    and the LSU.
Reflashed the Firmware at least 4 times at this point. Yes with the no HDD firmware.

This morning it failed to copy full page. It never throws a code or balks at the user at all, we have seen the operation panel lock up when you hit the settings key and stop responding but the CA key brings back the copy screen.

I know this series of sharp have issues with the SD Card getting corrupted but thought that was mostly boot code and it doesn't do the halt at Please wait fail to boot error. We have a ticket open with sharp but waiting on the tech to respond.

I would replace sd card, have seen strange things with sd cards, it is used like a hdd for these machines, it holds the ERDH data (basically your scanned images for copy and scanning. ) I tried to order a sd card last week for the m264 series and they were on back order till 6-27-16. just checked sharp parts the sd card is in stock now.
