When i print, the data led flashes and it takes very long to get the print out , so far i format the hdd and flash the firmware ,anyone got an idea for this ??

many factors determine print speed, what type of file; pdfs can print slowly. print driver pcl or post script, some times postscript takes longer to print. network speed, printing local or from internet.
print test page from driver on customer pc. print test document that you use from customer pc. then attach laptop directly to mfp via network cable and print test page from driver and test document from your laptop. then ask customer if you can print their slow file from laptop.
