Hi all

we have an mx2614 with C4-00,
so far fitted the ptc corona, the modified ptc hv pwb and latest mod shafts and black plastic clutch housing.
it has unfortunately come back again...... (

any advice please guys ?

make sure the hv pwb is seated correctly, the bottom of board were the hv contacts are is held in place by black plastic "clips". Also the hv contact springs for the

ptc and transfer belt may have issue (arcing /leaking voltage). Had 2610n that with similar problem, replaced modified hv pwb, error came back, then sharp had bulletin for shaft mods and clutch housing and also replaced both clutches. then error came back. contacted sharp tech support ,they didn't have a clue. Then I remembered a bulletin about the transfer belt unit and the metal roller shaft for the ptc ground. Replaced transfer belt unit and customer hasn't called back for c4-00 error and it has been about six months.

I don't know for sure what you mean by you changed mod shafts and plastic clutch housing, but I had a MX3640 a while back that gave me the same problems and after changing
PTC, mod hv pwb and both belts, it ended up being fixed by installing a complete main drum, belt, drive assembly. Code has stayed away now. Hope this helps
